The Landlord Vs The Tenant!

The Battle between the Tenant and The Landlord. Since the Lagos Tenancy law was promulgated in 2011, it remains to be seen if there’s been full adherence to the law. Over the years, there has a lot of dispute between the tenant and the landlord over rent related issues with giving a tenant quit notice with in the shortest possible time which by law is not appropriate. These dispute has risen to the level of physically assaulting of both parties, leading to severe injuries and most cases loss of lives.  Lagos State the Center of Excellence with a population of over 21 million people  sits at the apex of this conflict.
